Software Tester/Analyst (Mechelen)


Job Description
  • Define test strategies and develop test plans;
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Create and execute test scenarios;
  • Write automated test scripts;
  • Log and manage test defects;
  • Ensure traceability from requirement to test in order to support validation;
  • Follow-up, evaluate and report the test results;
  • Actively participate in further developing the test process and test environment.

Qualifications
  • You have a bachelor degree or university degree (ICT), or equivalent;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and preferably have a very good level of understanding and speaking Dutch;
  • You have ideally an experience in testing in an Agile environment using a tracking system such as Jira;
  • You have good communication skills and are able to apply these skills throughout a variety of stakeholders in the organization;
  • You are eager to learn;
  • You are a real team player;
  • You have a plus with:
    • Knowledge of automated test scripts & experience with integration testing;
    • Experience in a regulated environment;
    • Data management experience is an asset.
